At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to ensure your return is monitored.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
